There are days when nothing appears to change on the surface, yet something inside us quietly tells us that a new chapter has already begun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

August 24th feels like one of those days to me. (25th)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Western spiritual traditions, there is an old idea that certain periods are not necessarily about spirits suddenly appearing, but about the boundary between what we can see and what we cannot becoming symbolically thinner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The veil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is the space between the physical world and the unseen world.
Between what we understand and what we only feel.
Between an ending and whatever comes next.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, I don\u2019t feel that something is necessarily arriving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I feel more like something is opening<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Perhaps that is why certain days can feel different before anything actually happens. Your intuition may notice a transition before your conscious mind can explain it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The days ahead also move toward the full moon, which has long been associated in Western esoteric traditions with illumination, revelation, completion, and heightened awareness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So maybe this isn\u2019t a day to look for something supernatural.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maybe it\u2019s a day to pay attention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To the strange feeling you can\u2019t explain.
To the person who suddenly comes to mind.
To a dream that stays with you after waking.
To a coincidence that feels a little too precise.
To the feeling that something in your life is quietly moving into place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I don\u2019t know if these things are messages from somewhere beyond us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maybe they are.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maybe they are simply parts of ourselves that we haven\u2019t learned how to understand yet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Either way, I think there are moments when the unseen becomes easier to notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And perhaps today is not the day when the door opens completely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Perhaps it is simply the day when we first realize that there is a door<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
