Lately, I feel like more and more people have become extremely sensitive to the possibility that they\u2019re being judged, rejected, excluded, or even targeted by the people around them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A careless comment.
A certain look.
A reaction on social media.
That feeling that everyone else belongs somewhere, while you\u2019re the only one standing outside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sometimes, even when nobody is actually paying attention to you, your mind starts telling you:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThey must be talking about me.\u201d
\u201cMaybe they don\u2019t like me.\u201d
\u201cMaybe I don\u2019t fit in.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And before you know it, you\u2019re constantly watching the people around you instead of listening to yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the same time, there are people who genuinely have been misunderstood, hurt, excluded, or made to feel like they don\u2019t belong anywhere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I think both sides of this are connected to what makes life feel so difficult for so many people today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And that\u2019s exactly why I believe it\u2019s important to have your own world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your own sense of who you are.
Your own values.
Your own style.
Your own way of living.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you know what you love, what matters to you, and what you want to protect within yourself, you may be able to find your way back to yourself\u2014even when other people\u2019s opinions become overwhelming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But what happens when you don\u2019t even know who you are?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWhat am I, really?\u201d
\u201cWhat am I supposed to do with my life?\u201d
\u201cI don\u2019t understand love.\u201d
\u201cMaybe I don\u2019t even want a relationship.\u201d
\u201cI don\u2019t know what I want to do for work.\u201d
\u201cI don\u2019t even know why I\u2019m living.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you lose sight of your own inner compass, the world can become incredibly difficult to navigate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But listen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Not knowing doesn\u2019t mean there\u2019s nothing inside you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It may simply mean that you haven\u2019t found your answers yet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You don\u2019t have to live someone else\u2019s life.
You don\u2019t have to love the way everyone else does.
And you don\u2019t have to force yourself into someone else\u2019s definition of \u201cnormal.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maybe the first question you need to ask yourself is simply:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWhat do I really want?\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

And maybe you don\u2019t have to figure it out alone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Whether it\u2019s love, work, relationships, or simply trying to understand yourself, I want you to know that it\u2019s okay if you don\u2019t have all the answers right now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We can think about them together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Little by little, you can begin to discover your own world again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you don\u2019t know where you\u2019re going\u2026
If you\u2019re wondering what your life is even supposed to mean\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You don\u2019t have to find all the answers by yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
