Human beings are always living with some degree of distrust.

We all carry doubts inside us.

And I think that’s why we worry.

Why we become anxious.

Why we sometimes question the person we love.

But you know what?

Sometimes I wonder if being able to trust someone is, in itself, a form of truly loving them.

Maybe that’s why we’re able to get married.

Maybe that’s why we’re able to choose to spend our lives with someone.

Thank you again, everyone.

After hearing from so many of you, I’ve really felt the difference between the way women tend to feel emotionally and the way men often think about things.

And honestly, it’s not easy to see both sides at the same time.

Of course, there are people who are being deceived.

And yes, sometimes everything someone says really can be a lie.

That’s exactly why human beings can be so frightening.

People can become truly cruel.

Sometimes, it can feel as though a person has become nothing but a collection of darkness.

And maybe that’s why talking to someone, opening your heart, and putting those feelings into words can be a kind of cleansing.

Maybe, through that process, we can let go of some of what we’ve been carrying and finally move toward the future.

And if those feelings can somehow reach his heart, maybe he can change, too.

I believe that even someone who has done terrible things can change.

I truly believe that.

I think people can be saved, sometimes, simply because there is still compassion in the world.

I’m sorry.

This became a little more religious than usual today.

But honestly, that’s how I feel.

Forgiving someone.

That matters.

But choosing not to forgive can matter, too.

And protecting your own pride matters just as much.

There are things you don’t have to give up for someone else.

So please, don’t lose yourself just to keep someone in your life.

I want you to stay true to who you are.

Because that’s what I do, too.

So I think you should, too.
