I get a lot of questions about anxiety in love.

“What should I do when something makes me feel insecure?”
“How do I make these feelings go away?”

I’ve been doing fortune-telling for a long time, and I’ve realized something.

Maybe human beings are simply meant to live with a certain amount of uncertainty.

We feel anxious because we don’t know what will happen next.
We become afraid because something matters to us.
And when it comes to someone we truly love, I think it’s completely natural to feel insecure sometimes.

The important thing is not whether you can completely get rid of those feelings.

It’s how you process them within yourself.

And even more importantly—

how you choose not to attack the person you love because of them.

When we’re anxious, it’s easy to blame someone.

Sometimes it feels unfair.
Sometimes it hurts.
Sometimes you feel frustrated.
Sometimes, honestly, you even feel like you’ve lost.

You might think,

“Why am I the one who has to put up with this?”

But maybe that isn’t losing at all.

Maybe we’re looking at love the wrong way.

I don’t think love is about winning or losing.

There are so many different forms of happiness in this world.

So maybe one of the most important questions we can ask ourselves is:

“What does happiness actually look like for me?”

I think that question matters more than we realize.

Love is free.

There are no perfect rules.
There is no fixed order.
There is no “right” timing.

And maybe that’s exactly why love can make us so anxious.

Because nothing is guaranteed.

But that uncertainty is also where the possibility begins.

Because you don’t know what will happen, there is still a chance.

Because the future hasn’t been decided yet, it can still change.

So when you feel anxious about someone you love, maybe you don’t have to fight the feeling itself.

Maybe you just need to understand it.

Sort through it.

And most importantly, don’t turn your fear into an attack against the person you love.

I’ve watched relationships unfold through my work for a long time, and I truly believe that choosing not to attack someone when you’re hurting can sometimes be the strongest thing you can do.

It may feel unfair.

It may feel frustrating.

It may even feel like you’re the one who lost.

But maybe you didn’t lose anything.

Maybe you simply chose a different kind of happiness.

And maybe, in love, being uncertain isn’t the end of the story.

Maybe it’s where the story finally begins
