The Reality of Love

“Synchronicity… How do I actually meet someone through it?”

I get this question all the time.

Once you graduate from school and enter the working world, if you’re living a fairly ordinary life, there actually aren’t that many opportunities to meet new people outside of your workplace or existing social circles.

You meet someone by chance, and somehow, without doing anything, they just fall in love with you.

Honestly, that doesn’t happen very often in real life.

But if you become genuinely interested in someone, recognize and appreciate who they are, and gradually get closer to them, there are times when that person may also begin to think,

“I really like this person.”

Of course, men and women can sometimes have very different ways of thinking about love and different patterns of behavior, which can make relationships incredibly complicated.

But there is something I always think about:

You become someone’s number one because you are loved.

Maybe it’s actually pretty rare for two people to meet and immediately become each other’s “number one.”

Even with your favorite idol, your feelings may not stay the same forever.

There’s even a word for it in Japan: oshi-change—switching your favorite.

You might start liking someone else.

Or your feelings might change after hearing rumors about your favorite idol dating someone or getting married.

In the end, people aren’t attracted to appearance alone.

I think that is incredibly important.

That’s why I always tell you to look for someone who is close to you in the ways that truly matter:

Someone whose sensibilities and way of thinking are similar to yours.

Someone whose lifestyle fits naturally with yours.

Someone who grew up in a somewhat similar environment.

And someone whose intellectual sensibility and ability to think are relatively close to your own.

Choosing a partner like that is extremely important.

Because when you fundamentally don’t see things the same way, conversations can become difficult.

It becomes harder to understand each other’s opinions, and sometimes even harder to accept them.

In the spiritual world, there are times when the flow of someone’s future can be seen with surprising clarity.

But even if a wonderful future is visible, you can still miss that opportunity if you never take action yourself.

I believe that is just as important.

Instead of simply waiting and asking,

“When will my destined person appear?”

Try meeting people yourself.

Try to understand them.

And allow yourself to change and grow along the way.

Maybe it is through those actions that synchronicity begins to happen.

And there is one more thing that matters:

Learning to recognize people who are not good for you.

Sometimes, you need to cut ties.

But I don’t believe that “cutting people off” is always the right answer, either.

Human beings don’t live completely alone.

Sometimes we need someone’s help.

Sometimes we are the ones who help someone else.

That is how human relationships are built.

The truth is, human beings can have dark sides.

Sometimes we put money or our own interests first.

But that isn’t everything we are.

There is kindness that asks for nothing in return.

There is love that cannot be explained in terms of profit or loss.

There is a genuine desire to help someone without expecting anything back.

I believe those things truly exist.

And that is why I want to guide you.

Not simply by telling you what your future might look like,

but by helping you become someone who can move your own life forward.

That is why I am here.
