“I feel like everyone is against me.”

Lately, I feel like more and more people have become extremely sensitive to the possibility that they’re being judged, rejected, excluded, or even targeted by the people around them.

A careless comment.
A certain look.
A reaction on social media.
That feeling that everyone else belongs somewhere, while you’re the only one standing outside.

Sometimes, even when nobody is actually paying attention to you, your mind starts telling you:

“They must be talking about me.”
“Maybe they don’t like me.”
“Maybe I don’t fit in.”

And before you know it, you’re constantly watching the people around you instead of listening to yourself.

At the same time, there are people who genuinely have been misunderstood, hurt, excluded, or made to feel like they don’t belong anywhere.

I think both sides of this are connected to what makes life feel so difficult for so many people today.

And that’s exactly why I believe it’s important to have your own world.

Your own sense of who you are.
Your own values.
Your own style.
Your own way of living.

If you know what you love, what matters to you, and what you want to protect within yourself, you may be able to find your way back to yourself—even when other people’s opinions become overwhelming.

But what happens when you don’t even know who you are?

“What am I, really?”
“What am I supposed to do with my life?”
“I don’t understand love.”
“Maybe I don’t even want a relationship.”
“I don’t know what I want to do for work.”
“I don’t even know why I’m living.”

When you lose sight of your own inner compass, the world can become incredibly difficult to navigate.

But listen.

Not knowing doesn’t mean there’s nothing inside you.

It may simply mean that you haven’t found your answers yet.

You don’t have to live someone else’s life.
You don’t have to love the way everyone else does.
And you don’t have to force yourself into someone else’s definition of “normal.”

Maybe the first question you need to ask yourself is simply:

“What do I really want?”

And maybe you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Whether it’s love, work, relationships, or simply trying to understand yourself, I want you to know that it’s okay if you don’t have all the answers right now.

We can think about them together.

Little by little, you can begin to discover your own world again.
