Love probably isn’t sustained by feelings alone.

In physics, everything changes when two things move closer together.
Gravity changes.
Heat changes.
Pressure changes.
Even orbit changes.

And maybe the human heart follows invisible laws too —
ones we still don’t fully understand.

Relationships feel the same way.
What once looked beautiful from a distance becomes real the closer you get.

At first, all you want is to touch them.
To know them more deeply.
To see life through the same eyes.

But getting close to someone also means entering their gravitational field.

And inside that field, your own rhythm begins to shift.
Your emotional balance changes.
The orbit you once moved through alone starts to bend around another person.

Like the law of conservation of angular momentum,
people cannot suddenly change their true nature.

The closer two people become, the faster everything starts spinning.

Love.
Jealousy.
Fear.
Expectation.

Everything intensifies.

Maybe that’s why love becomes harder the deeper it gets.

Sometimes two people truly love each other,
and still cannot move at the same speed.

One person reaches for more closeness,
while the other tries to preserve the distance that keeps them from falling apart.

But that doesn’t always mean the love is gone.

Sometimes their emotional gravity was simply different.
Their orbit.
Their weight.
Their past.

No matter how strong the connection feels,
two people whose momentum no longer aligns cannot remain in the same orbit forever.

And when one person forces it,
someone eventually breaks.
Someone loses themselves trying to stay connected.

Maybe that’s why love hurts so much.

Because love alone cannot override the laws that shape who we are.

Feelings do not erase physics.

And yet…
sometimes there are connections that logic cannot explain.

People who find each other again no matter how far apart life pulls them.
A bond that feels older than memory itself.
Like the soul remembers something the mind cannot fully understand.

Distance has meaning.
Gravity has limits.
And every person has an inner axis they must protect.

So maybe a rare kind of love isn’t about never drifting apart.

Maybe it’s about two people with different histories, different gravity, different emotional speeds…
who still keep searching for a distance where neither soul destroys the other.

Staying together is not the only proof of love.

Sometimes protecting each other from destruction is love too.

And the souls truly meant to meet
will always find their way back into each other’s orbit —
without force.
